Arbitra Consult's Obligations:

• To perform services with professionalism, diligence, and in accordance with the ethical standards of the profession.
• To maintain absolute confidentiality of all client information.
• To inform the client regarding significant developments in their case.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our services are advisory in nature. Arbitra Consult does not assume liability for business decisions or actions taken by the client based on our consultation. Our liability is limited to the value of the fee paid for the specific service that gave rise to a potential claim, to the extent permitted by law.
